These show the authenticity of the make and will not be considered as damage. Furthermore, we at Mom’s World, run each order through multiple rounds of quality check for any damages. We take utmost care and effort to make sure the product matches its real colour. However, there will be 5-10% colour change as it depends on individual phone/laptop/browser pixel quality, image resolution, brightness etc. Please feel free to reach out to us to have a conversation. Return/exchange or refund will not be entertained on colour variation issues due to the above-mentioned reason. Kindly make a parcel opening video while receiving the parcel. For returns and refund of money for any damaged product received, we would require a parcel opening video to be sent on our WhatsApp number with the order number, name and city within 2 days of receiving the order. In case of return of damaged product the money will be refunded to customer account (will be transferred only to the account from which we have received the payment) within 2 business working days after we receive the product. Return is not possible for any of the reasons. And especially for size issues there will not be any chance of return or exchange. Size may vary slightly depending on each fabric.
